Booking and Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY OR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Any request for modification or cancellation of reservation, should reference the confirmation code it is only considered a canceled reservation or always when they host amended and written by our reservations department is invalid as contrary conformity. Reservations are not endorsable.

RATES

All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price is on the basis of occupation: Single, double, triple, quadruple and sextuple Matrimonial Suite, unless you specify different conditions.

ITINERARY

The itineraries are planned with great care, although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities in the itinerary or the specified route, and though such cases are rare, in general the itinerary should be treated only as a base.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS NOT FORMING AN ORGANIZED TOUR

INDIVIDUAL

Cancellations and Refunds:

- If a cancellation is received up to 15 days before arrival date, the deposit of the trip is reimbursed 10% of administrative costs.

- If a cancellation between 14 and 06 days is received before arrival, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the total cost.

- Cancellations requested at least 05 days before arrival, or no show passenger or passengers, will lose 100% of the total payment, NO SHOW will be considered non-refundable

GROUPS

- Cancelled booking 30 days before admission, it will be refundable minus 10% for administrative costs.

- Cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of the total payment will be charged.

- Cancellations requested less than 14 days before the arrival of the group a penalty of 100% of the total payment will be charged will not be reimbursable.

NO SHOW

If the passenger (s) are not present in the hotel confirmed by the owner or by the agency date, we will proceed with the collection of the total nights and rooms booked over the 18% tax. The hotel is not responsible of the notice to the owner or the tour operators or travel agents when passengers have not reached the hotel and will be billed a penalty of no show.

Exemption from sales tax

According to DL 919 for reservations exonerated of IGV it is necessary for passengers at the time of check-in reception presenting their original foreign passport duly stamped by migration along the Andean Immigration Card (TAM) . We do not accept the submission of photocopies of passports.

In the case of Peru, not residents of the country will be necessary to present their original passport and residence visa in another country, if the passenger fails to submit the required documents or illegible seals charge or charge the 18% VAT, this provision is based on the 28780 Act.

Identity cards or pass (neighboring countries) are support for exemption from sales tax as long as they are accompanied by the Andean card (as stipulated in the new standard exemptions).

It is the responsibility of each agency to inform its passengers, TCs and guides the requirements and procedures for exemption from sales tax.

CONTRACTED TOURS

Cancellations and Refunds:

- Cancellations and requests for refunds must be sent in writing including the reservation number and all relevant information will be handled immediately.

- If a cancellation up to and including 30 days before the date of arrival is received, the trek deposit is refundable with a penalty less than 10% of administrative costs.

- If a cancellation 29 to 15 days is received before arrival, the reimbursement is subject to a penalty of 50% of the contracted price.

- Cancellations requested less than 14 days before the arrival of the group a penalty of 100% of the total payment will be charged will not be reimbursable.

- Certain services may be interrupted or been canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure, acts of God, riots, etc. , Or others beyond the control of the hotels, airlines and suppliers. No refund will be made as a result of such interruptions or cancellations, are considered beyond our control.

NOTE: Some tour providers have more rigorous cancellation policies referring to groups. Therefore, in group bookings exceeding 10 passengers, suppliers the right to impose a penalty of 25% up to 90 days before the travel date, and 100% penalty for cancellation up to 45 days reserve prior to tripping.

During the high season, our company reserves the right to change the cancellation policies, if our suppliers should apply further penalties listed above.

RESPONSIBILITY

In all my business travel arrangements and for and on behalf of our customers, organizing on their behalf transport, accommodation or other tourist services required, so do not take responsibility for accidents, losses, delays or interference with a tour for reasons of force majeure or other acts that do not involve our responsibility, especially regarding programs and schedules.
